It’s been 7 months since we closed on our weekend get away home in Greentown. The market was hot but Regina was AMAZING in getting us into a ton of homes last year! BUYER BEWARE. We submitted a full price offer on a Friday evening to this agent (regina) and we did not here anything back until the following Monday morning. She did not respond to repeated calls and texts from our agent about where our offered stood. We later found out that the seller accepted an offer from her company. She said she was too busy to bring our offer to the seller. We now know that this was intentional so that she could present her own company's offer instead of ours in a timely manner. Submitted an offer on a property via my broker...Regina indicated to my broker that the offer was accepted...we then proceeded to contact lawyer, mortgage company, inspection company, etc...only to be informed that another offer came in and we were asked to submit best and final...before we could do that we were informed by Regina that seller accepted a cash offer...Regina's ETHICS are in question as she indicated that our offer was accepted while disclosing it to other prospective buyers so that she could get a better offer... read more
