I love Dr Smith she was patient with me, explain what my body was going through in menopause. I needed to have a procedure done because of a thickening uterus and fibroids and I got sick right before the procedure and I came in to get the procedure anyway and she looked in my face and asked me was I sick and I told her I was a little under the weather and she canceled the procedure even though I wanted to go through with it because she said because I'm sick and my resistance was low there was no way they was going to give me... read more
My experience today with Regina Smith, D.O., was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend her as a provider. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 PM, and although I arrived within the grace period at 3:00 PM, the interaction that followed was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When Dr. Smith entered the room, she appeared rushed, curt, and disengaged. It was evident that she had not reviewed my chart or taken any time to understand the purpose of my visit. DR. Regina Smith is down to earth, professional, and knows her stuff. She answered and explained all of my concerns. She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with surgery. Her and her team was amazing.
This was my first visit at Regina’s office. Brittney at the front desk was super friendly. Regina was amazing made me feel comfortable as soon as she entered the room. Answered all my questions and was the best with my care. I highly recommend her! Definitely my new Doctor!!
First doctor to truly acknowledge my condition will full transparency and even sent me home with detailed information on my options. Never felt rushed and felt validated, would definitely recommend !
