Had a terrible experience. Made an appointment, checked in, and waited 2 hours. I kept asking why it wasn't my turn yet. I waited so long it was closing time. They started to lie saying I didn't make an appointment had to leave. They also said I came in too late despite being there a half hour earlier than my appointment time. My name is on the check in list with the time. They overbooked my appointment time because it was crowded. They really don't care about your schedule and appointment time.
