I only saw her a few times over zoom in 2021. She was incredibly dismissive and skeptical of what I was telling her; even though I told her that I had been medicated for depression for years, and she replied, “Are you sure you’re depressed?” and would not take me seriously. She prescribed me Effexor (venlafaxine) but never explained that it is an incredibly difficult medication to quit. Dr. Leverrier is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and really listens. I feel so fortunate to have found her several years ago and would recommend her to anyone in need of her services.
