Dr Hill is Informative and very kind, but usually hard to get an appointment with. There usually is a decent wait time, only because the Dr's give you their full attention and dont rush you out. Dr Hill hires amazing physician assistants. The two I have seen are very professional, if needed, Dr Hill will visit examine room to assist. I am very pleased and hope that Dr Simmons will join her office again.
Office is very unorganized, many issues with billing. Only one time I was able to be seen within 20 minutes of my appointment. Dr. Hill herself is a good doctor, along with her PA, but not worth the hassle of being a long term patient.
Dr. Regina Hill skilled and personable and I would highly recommend her as a practitioner. However - her billing office management staff, while very nice, struggle to handle the administrative elements of the practice. I have been communicating with them for a year and a half regarding an incorrectly submitted claim resulting in a bill to me for services covered under my plan. The situation is admittedly not as straight-forward as most, but it is not so complicated that it should take this long.
Dr Hill herself is a caring provider. However her office staff is continually changing. Billing is a nightmare. I have been trying to clear up incorrect coding and receive a refund for overpayment for more than 5 months. If you have nothing better to do with your money and time I guess this is OK.
Overall I have had a great experience with this office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I saw the PA and she was pleasant and very thorough. She made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this place.
I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED WITH DR. HILL.I WAS WAITING IN ROOM TO BE SEEN AND THE PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT SAW ME INSTEAD DR HILL WAS NOT EVEN THERE.NO ONE TOLD ME DR HILL WASNT THERE.VERY UPSETTING.BILLING TERRIBLE NO ONE IS THERE TO TALK TOO.STAFF IS DIFFERENT ALL THE TIME.DR HILL IS GREAT WHEN YOU CAN SEE HER.
Nada is the physician I saw who is always free and is the most incompetent and condescending person I have ever met. She treats you like your inferior because you don't have a medical degree.
Dr. Hill is a FABULOUS doctor. She goes above and beyond and eases and worries or concerns you may have and she also answers all of your questions. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr Hill...
I love everything Dr. Hill, her, her staff and her office. The only thing I don?t like is that she?s located on the westside and I live in Cleveland Hts. but that still isn?t a deal breaker. Dr. Hill and her staff are very professional and courteous. I appreciate someone with higher education who can explain thing in laymen?s terms and she has a great ability to do just that. I plan to have Dr. Hill as my doctor for many years to come.
