So disappointed with this company. He did the roof on our condo last spring - I literally heard him state that he guaranteed his work for a year - but the roof failed during Milton. Then, since it was repaired, for SIX whole months he's left his equipment on our roof, despite numerous phone calls asking him to retrieve said items. Would not recommend at all. Note - he did not come right out and repair the roof. It sat that way for well over a month, which caused water intrusion in upper floor units/hallway.

Very unprofessional did my mother’s roof and the material company put a lean against my mother’s house for the unpaid material. They cleared it up but it’s the principal it should’ve never happened.

It took longer than expected but when they finally came, the crew worked quickly to remove my old roof and completed half of the new roof the first day. They came the next morning and finished the rest. They cleaned up my yard before leaving and did a great job with the roof installation and I would recommend them.

His crew did a good job replacing my flat roof in preparation for an AC condenser being replaced however he failed to get the permit "closed" out. 4 years later it is still an unresolved issue. Don't give him a final payment til you can verify the permit passed inspection and it shows up closed on the city website. I contacted Reggie numerous times and he told me he would take care of it but the permit is still not closed. Follow up is that we have called their office 2x in the past 3 weeks since I wrote this review. No repl... read more
