I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. My doctor sent in my prescriptions, but the pharmacy refused to dispense one of the medications, claiming the instructions were unclear. I urgently needed to begin the treatment because I was feeling very unwell. Due to the delay, I may now have to restart the entire treatment, as one of the medications needed to be taken promptly. If you need your medications in a timely manner, I do not recommend using this pharmacy.
I had the wirst experience. My Dr. send me my medication over there and they refused to give me one of the medicines because according to them the instructions of the Dr. weren’t clear. I totally understood that said 30 min before breakfast and 30 min before dinner (the pills were omezol). I went two times and they said the same thing then later they never had thr courtesy to call me to let me know that the medicines were ready.
