I have toured this property once before and was not a fan of the poor customer service nor the overall experience of my visit...I have also heard from friends that live in this community that the maintenance team is lacking in attention to detail as well as follow-through.

Maintenance is either slow to respond or just ignores you completely. I reported a leak in my bathroom ceiling on numerous occasions and was repeatedly ignored. The ceiling is now collapsing (see picture) and I still can’t get ahold of anyone who can tell me what’s going on. There have been so many issues here and things are constantly broken (gates, pool, elevators, hot tub). Half of the amenities you pay for have yet to be functional in the 16 months I have lived here.

Honor verbal commitments by adding it to contracts. Stop denying agreements. Refund full deposits as agreed and stop lying about deductions that were never agreed upon.
They need to clean up the complex. Asked for pine tree cleanup 2 weeks ago still laying there . Not impressed at all.
This is the first place that I live in the US and I am loving living here! :)
