Great food great place!
Went downtown for dinner my first night in Saratoga Springs and honestly, after eating at Regent on my second night, I don't know if I would have bothered with the chaos of downtown when food this excellent is being served right at Brookmere. It's not just good for a hotel restaurant, the food here is great, period. Zero complaints or critiques across all three courses. Clearly quality ingredients cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. Super impressed!

Went to Regent Restaurant last evening and was happy we tried it. Our server was Megan and she was great. Very friendly and courteous. We had pretzels with a cheese sauce and mustard—Delicious ..Cauliflower soup , Hanger Steak, shrimp over greens, Chicken breast with asparagus and greens. Everything was cooked to order and truly delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant and the seats were very comfortable. From the server Megan to the food it was a pleasure.
We have had the pleasure of dining at Regent when they first opened. You were greeted with a hostess, followed by a manager who checked on tables as the evening went on. The food when first launched was incredible, service top shelf. Wait staff in white shirts, ties and the bar staffed with minimum three people. This was our weekly pop in for a lovely meal at the bar. We have been gone for the last 8 months. Returned this evening to no hostess to greet, no manager on duty and a single person behind the bar.
