We have had the pleasure of dining at Regent when they first opened. You were greeted with a hostess, followed by a manager who checked on tables as the evening went on. The food when first launched was incredible, service top shelf. Wait staff in white shirts, ties and the bar staffed with minimum three people. May be an ok option if your staying at the hotel, otherwise I would not drive to eat here. The atmosphere is very bland and the food matches the aesthetic. The food was very underwhelming and the entire experience had a very commercial hotel feel to it. The staff however was great, and the service was the only redeeming quality to the experience.

The food we had was almost inedible. We started with the tuna as an appetizer that was so dry and tough. It was hard to eat plus, it was four little slices with no plating to speak of and unattractive. After that, my wife had the chicken which was also so dry she didn’t eat most of it and I had a $48 Skirt steak that was less than 6 ounces overcooked on the outside and almost raw on the inside and very tough.
