$496 parts and labor to redo the seals on my mini skid steer hydraulic lift cylinder. Granted the cylinder is metric and a no brand chinese skid steer but this should have been a $200 maybe $300 tops job. When i called to ask about the size of the seals they used, Bill said that the information for some reason is “proprietary”. Still waiting for the email of the seal information. My experience with this company was nothing but positive. After calling another company and basically being quoted $1000 to look at my AC machine without any repairs, I reached out to Regent hydraulics. They came in serviced my AC machine and had it repaired within a couple hours. The technician Nick was very competent and very easy to deal with. If I could give zero stars that would fit this review. Had an issue with our 1234yf machine with a fault code and called this company. Repair tech comes out and says our system is contaminated. Ok, I accepted that possibility what other choice would we have with an existing fault code. He performed the necessary service that cost $1500.00. My tech did not see him test the system in any way.
