We rented a home that Lin managed for 2 years. She was professional and responsive. Only had one repair while there, but it was done quick. I would rent from her again!

Lin managed the property I rented for the last 5 years. She is very responsive and did her best to meet our needs (e.g., if we needed something fixed or a new appliance). She only communicates via text and email - great for record keeping but not ideal for urgent requests. Overall, I would rent from her again.

I rented with Lin for about 3 years. She answered my messages and whenever we need anything to fix she sent someone to fixed it in a timely manner.

I rented a home through Lin for 8 years, and overall, it was a very smooth and reliable experience. All of our communication was done through text and email, which worked well for me. At first, Lin might come across as a bit strict or formal, but I quickly came to appreciate how thorough and efficient she is.
