We had a new carpet put in before we moved to Hopewell in June and were told it went in beautifully - unfortunately, we had water in the basement before we even got to see it ;-) Regent was extremely helpful in accommodating us with a replacement - quick service, excellent installation, and very supportive of the entire process, both for the reinstall and for the cleanup of the original carpet. Can't thank them enough for seeing us through this stressful situation - kudos to Jim and Russ and to Keith, an excellent installer.
I recently completed a bathroom/bedroom/walk-in closet renovation in my new home. My contractor used Regent and I couldn't be happier. From the process of selecting tile in the bathroom to the final step of carpet installation, all the staff who worked there were professional, helpful and very friendly. I would absolutely use Regent again :)
We ordered our Brazilian Amendoim hardwood floors for our kitchen and dining area from Regent in March 2017. Russ was incredibly knowledgeable about the exotic hardwoods and helped us to decide between solid hardwood and engineered hardwood. We recently had Regent Carpeting install a new Coretec floor and carpeting in our home. Russell was extremely patient and helpful to us in making our selections. His knowledge of available products is outstanding! Our installers John and Keith were very professional and courteous. We definitely will recommend Regent Carpeting to family and friends.
