I came here for a simple excision and biopsy of a mole. I was brought out of the examination room into Dr Kohlis office while he documented our visit. He took over 30 minutes trying to find the proper ICD code to bill over and actually spent about 5 seconds examining me. We ended up running out of time and he had another patient waiting so he didn’t even do the excision. I work as a provider and this is not how it should work. I participated in a year long clinical trial and was very impressed by the overall care and comfort that I received during the trial. Dr Welter and staff always did their utmost to make sure I was well informed. For that reason, I felt like I could ask questions at anytime. The staff was very patient and went out of their way to make the trial as easy as possible for me and scheduled my many appointments at my convenience.
