The office sent a text message that the appointment was at 10:30 am... When arriving supposedly appointment was 11:30.. Very obviously a lie since on the text it shows 10:30... Your receptionist need to do a better job.. Instead of rescheduling for their very apparent mistake.. They guised with paperwork to push waiting to be on their time... Extremely unprofessional.
Very inattentive. The 2 lady's I got the doctor and the nurse both felt like that had better things to do and I was on hold for 56 minutes all for the doctor to ask me 5 questions and then send me on my way. Waste of my time do not recommend I'd give 0 stars if I could
I would not recommend you going here for treatment it’s a money grab they don’t want to to anything but injections and charged me for 5 visits when I only had 2 zoom calls with a PA. I called to get my records they refused due to me having a personal injury attorney. I have been waiting for months for a bill for service and it’s exaggerated for money
