I had back surgery before , so I was furious to find out that my screws had broken and I was going to need another surgery. My surgery was scheduled for Nov. 1 2024. My insurance company denied it. Dr. Prybis and his staff went back and forth with them and did everything that they asked. And they partially approved it. Now it's in the final appeal process and they still denying me.
