The appointment was on time, and staff was very pleasant. Would have been a 5 but the online checking process was with many faults.
Very thorough and professional.
The experience at the office was good. However an email from them and Athena health.com sends me to a site where I can supposedly view the summary of my visit. But when I click on the link and sign in on the Athena health website it says "We're sorry, your account is not associated with any health records. Please ask your healthcare provider to grant you access to your records." They're the ones that sent me here so why should I have to tell them to give me access to a site they sent me to?
