I needed a prescription filled. The lady who answers the phone was very rude and told me I must come in. I told her I am not in town much anymore and moved. She was not interested inhaling me out. Which is a reflection of how they feel about their patients. She was more concerned with paperwork then trying to work with me and help me. I share the sentiments that this doctor is a TRT peddler as said on other reviews online, but Brock doing it totally wrong which is even worse. Dr. Brock is not who you need to go see for TRT and no one shoe fits all. He doesn't listen when you have valid concerns from taking TRT, his office staff doesn't listen (but strangely they know what and how to fix the problems you'll end up having on his TRT program) and they do not care if you run out of the medicine that you are supposed to be on.
