I took my dad here for a treatment for his Macular Degeneration. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The doctor answered all of our questions without hesitation and made us very happy we made this decision. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the treatments they offer. I know, without a doubt, that if I ever need medical treatment that they do I will take the 13 hour drive again to go see them!
Dr. Kathleen O'Neil Smith in your group has very poor follow up. I requested review of labs for several months with no real response from her office. The stem protocol was never explained and there is no knowledgeable staff to explain the procedure or anyone, other than the doctor, who can insert an iv. I learned that this doctor charges wildly different amounts for the same stem procedures, ranging up to $10,000. My husband has chronic kidney disease and is on dialysis. We were desperate to find a cure. We came across the stem cell program, we thought that we had found the solution according to their promises. Unfortunately, we paid cash $4000.00 to start a $8000.00 treatment. They gave him 3 shots of stem cell solution but nothing happen and they keep the money. This is a scam. Please don't fall for it. Any where you see : generative medical group, run away from them as fast as you can. Darlene
