I was referred to this clinic by my primary care provider, and I confirmed with them in advance that they accept my insurance (Medicaid). They assured me that they did. A week later, on the day of my appointment — after I drove 45 minutes to get there — I was suddenly told that they do not accept my insurance. This IS the place to go to for knee issues. I have been made to feel VERY IMPORTANT and my concerns are ALWAYS ADDRESSED!! GREAT customer service. EVERY THING IS EXPLAINED IN SIMPLE TERMS. KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK!!
