Everyone in the office was very professional and things was explained by everyone from the staff. They made you feel very comfortable. Alicia excellent explaining what she was going to do and answering questions. Would recommend her to following patients and personality was EXCELLENT.
This location was pleasant from the time I walked in, with the amazing soft palying jazz, the awesome greeting receptionist, the attending staff assistant or nurse and the knwledgable ladies in the back. I was well informed of what my diagnosis could be with information on alternative choices. Overall it was a preayy great experience.

I was referred to this clinic by my primary care provider, and I confirmed with them in advance that they accept my insurance (Medicaid). They assured me that they did. A week later, on the day of my appointment — after I drove 45 minutes to get there — I was suddenly told that they do not accept my insurance. Not only was this a complete waste of my time, but the staff acted as if I was misinformed or making it up, despite the fact that I had specifically verified my insurance coverage with them prior to the appointment. ... read more
