Disappointing call just to get per unit price for injections. Reception said no pricing over phone which makes sense for a whole treatment, but then seemed reluctant to provide the per unit price. Soured me on booking an appointment. Will keep looking for a new place.
They bill excessively and even though they say insurance will cover it... they bill you the difference.
Dr. Aguirre is outstanding in so many ways: thorough, knowledgeable, kind, professional and truly caring. I actually look forward to my appointments! Her staff is amazing as well. Every single person in Dr. Aguirre’s office is incredibly kind. So cheerful, knowledgeable and patient. I’ve never experienced an office staff as consistently helpful and kind as this one.
