Michael Goh and RegencyOne has been a very reliable property manager during our 3 years renting in Tierrasanta. Their standout quality is his responsiveness to maintenance requests. Whenever something broke or needed a repair, they addressed it quickly and without any hassle-- including a full roof repair when we noticed a leak in a part of the garage. Overall, a solid and stress-free renting experience. I definitely recommend them and would certainly be happy to rent with him again if we ever move back to San Diego.
For 14 years, Michael Goh managed my Carlsbad condo while I lived overseas. Being an out-of-country landlord can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire process completely worry-free. They are professional, highly responsive, and exceptionally reliable. Tenants were well vetted, maintenance was handled quickly, and I always felt my property was in the best possible hands. Five stars!
My wife and I rented an apartment from Michael for 7 years, and it was a great experience. We loved the apartment and Michael was very helpful whenever we needed something. He was always quick to respond and send help when we had a repair issue. The rental rate was very reasonable, and when we moved out Michael made the process easy for us. We were very happy with Michael as a property manager, and would recommend anyone to rent from him in the future.
Micheal was the best property manager I have ever worked with. I was very nervous moving from out of town, renting site unseen. Luckily, I was blessed with a beautiful home and excellent landlord. Micheal was very attentive to our needs and made everything easy, plus he is genuine and respectful. I highly recommend Michael.
Michael has been more than I could have asked for in a property manager from the day I met him. He made my application and move in process very easy, throughout my rental period he also was very attentive to any needs and requests I had. I would highly recommend Michael if you are considering renting or purchasing a house. His expertise and knowledge of San Diego also is a plus.
