Overall, it is a very nice place to live. The apartments themselves are nice and offer nice patios. It is pretty quiet in general and maintenance is upkept well. The community is advertised as "dog-free" yet half the people in here have dogs using the same old "service animal" trick. It would be nice if parking was assigned since people get worked up over parking spaces.
This is a Great Place to live. I have been with Regency Woods since 2006. They keep everything maintained perfectly. The maintenance workers are amazing .The Office staff are always friendly and efficient. Happy New Year
