I have lived here for 3.5 years. The townhomes are nice and well maintained. Any maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The community is a good mix of all age people and families. A quiet place to live close to the center of town.

Overall, it is a very nice place to live. The apartments themselves are nice and offer nice patios. It is pretty quiet in general and maintenance is upkept well. The community is advertised as "dog-free" yet half the people in here have dogs using the same old "service animal" trick. It would be nice if parking was assigned since people get worked up over parking spaces.
