Horrible horrible experience. I left my full review on google if you’d like to see it. It’s a doozie. Heather is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about the satisfaction of her tenants. Ericka was the best however, if you have issues we recommend talking to her. They will find any way to get money out of you. If you have dogs, they will go off of “this person said you didn’t clean up your dogs poop” and nothing else and then slap you with a huge charge. RecommendedOur family of 5 moved in while we are looking for a house and we've enjoyed it so much! The pool, the holiday gatherings, the birthday balloons and cards, they make you feel like family!
RecommendedCurrent renter here, pet mom and satisfied five stars! Welcome to home, amenities and comfort! Each apartment has a balcony, one heated underground parking, dishwasher and washer/dryer in every apartment! Added bonus... ceiling fans with lights in the bedrooms!!! We have trash chutes on every floor, recycling on the first floor! We also have a little vending area for snacks or those occasional soda cravings at midnight! RecommendedAll the people that work here are so friendly. The service people do a remarkable job. The people at the office are very kind and considerate. I would recommend the preserve at commerce for anyone to live.
RecommendedThe Preserve At Commerce Apartments are great! The office staff is very helpful and super nice. My maintenance requests are always taken care of expediently and professionally. Everything is kept clean and living here is very comfortable.
RecommendedI am a current resident and have been here for over three years. The location is awesome for living in Rogers and middle and high schoolers are able to walk to school easily. Being right beside a park and a lot of green space is a huge plus, as well. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and quickly.
RecommendedJust moved back to The Preserve a week ago. We lived here from 2010 until 2016, and were excited to move back. Complex looks great, staff are friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance guys are the best, very knowledgeable in fixing whatever needs to be fixed! Glad to be back here.
If you are looking for maintenance after 430pm good luck with that. It has to be an emergency after 430pm.
