RecommendedEssi is the reason I decided to move here after I toured because she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Always enjoyed seeing her in the office with her hairstyle of the week, her beautiful smile and fun outfits. Everyone in the office is so friendly and super helpful. The entire staff is welcoming, attentive & seem to care about us as residents.We chose Regency Woods after exploring many other senior & regular apartments in-person & on-line. In the 9 months we've lived here, we appreciate the 30 acres of nicely kept grounds & a feeling of safety, the year-round pool, the tennis courts, that pets are welcome, that no smoking is allowed in the individual units or buildings, the excellent maintenance & cleanliness of the buildings, that each unit has it's own washer & dryer & our unit comes ... read more
The staff is wonderful. Nancy (maintenance) was leaving work yesterday and saw me really struggling with packages. She parked her car, got out and walked me and my packages to my apartment door. She works hard and always has a smile on her face. Thanks Nancy Susan N and Zoey 🐾
