Very quaint wine bar near Summit Mall. The Malbec was delish! Nice place to meet a friend for a beverage or to shop for wine.
Regency is beautiful inside without being pretentious. The owner is attentive and always recommends the best wines and spirits according to your palate. The music is always fun as well. A perfect spot for a night out with friends or an intimate date with your partner.
