I have been living here for over 5 years and I pay my rent in advance and I don’t bother anybody! I was already upset that other apartments surrounding me was getting renovated but I was told my apartment could not. But I draw the line with poor emergency maintenance service and no hot water! Me and my children had to find somewhere else to shower bc after 15 calls, 3 to 4 of them to the emergency maintenance and the only thing the representative could do is keep paging the maintenance men and apologize to me!
