Very good apartments. Including 4 buildings with 1,2,3 bedrooms. And studio apartment as well. Reasonable rent. Heat is free. A very large park and community center having gym and swimming pool. Parking is available.
I lived a Regency for a year and i never had one problem. Everyone was great and respectful. Chris the leasing manager was always there to hear me out and made my move in process so easy!!! Thank you Chris!!!
Let’s start with I lived here for five years. The first year was great, then it became a nightmare. The roaches came, not one either. The PM Chris stated “it’s an apartment building with multiple people living here, you will have roaches.” So that was a battle from year two through four until I had my father come over and put roach gel everywhere. This complex’s management does not follow their own lease agreements. I would not recommend for those who like their contracts adhered to.
