Beautifully landscaped sister buildings with a gorgeous courtyard with inground pool picnic tables and grassy areas between the 2 buildings. Inside building is kept very clean and apartments show well. Above all, Linda, the manager, is top notch!! She made the application and lease signing process a breeze. Out of about a dozen rentals we looked at, Linda was the only manager to stand out...polite, engaged, wonderful sense of humor and was NOT annoyed with our numerous questions (like other property managers were)! Very efficient, friendly office.
Have lived here almost 3 months now, beautiful apartments, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everyone extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Laundry room clean and available to use all day, in case you need in an emergency, those forgotten items. Also large room available to use for birthday party or other occasions. Well, I haven’t lived in Regency Towers yet I would love to live at the Regency Towers in either building but at the time I had a dog who was over 25 pounds so I was told I could not live there with my dog cause he was 34 pounds so at this time I now have three cats and no dog my dog passed away four months ago anyway maybe one day when me and my brother decide to sell my parents house. My mom is still with us and then after my mom has left us. Then we will be looking to sell our parents house then maybe regency towers would... read more
