Well, I haven’t lived in Regency Towers yet I would love to live at the Regency Towers in either building but at the time I had a dog who was over 25 pounds so I was told I could not live there with my dog cause he was 34 pounds so at this time I now have three cats and no dog my dog passed away four months ago anyway maybe one day when me and my brother decide to sell my parents house. When we first. moved here, new to St. Catharines and back to apartment living after 40 years in houses, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They are amazing people who truly care about their residents. Our building is very well maintained. Any concerns( of which we have had very few) are handled quickly . We would recommend 610 Lake Street to anyone looking for a friendly, quiet, safe place to live. I lived in Regency Towers for a few years and my Nan and Grandad lived in a separate apartment for approx 10 years. Linda and the rest of the team were nothing short of amazing. So friendly, kind, and compassionate. I highly recommend renting here!!
