Great neighborhood to live in. Good and generally well-maintained facilities. Security personnel are excellent. Service elevator and other elevators have been under ongoing construction for the past year or so. I was locked in an elevator for 10-15 minutes a few months ago, firefighters came pretty promptly. HoA is stiff with rules, which makes it an orderly place to live. However, there are many restrictions that many of the neighbors with a lot of time on their hands are happy to enforce. Overall, a good location to rent.

3/4 of the beach is reserved for 20 privately owned cabanas. Why? I have never once seen more people on the beach than there are cabanas. Obviously this space should be open for all.

Great building. Spacious rooms, Nice lobby entrance. Good service people.
