Ben and Michelle, what a team! Ben is a caring and kind business man. He really cares about doing the job correctly. When you call Regency auto and Michelle answers. You realize she is warm, very knowledgeable and cares about the customer. The mechanics are knowledgeable, work hard and friendly. Ben, doesn't charge you space Shuttle prices. We actually enjoyed our experience at Regency Auto.
The care factor of everyone at this shop is off the charts. The communication was amazing from start to finish and they make you feel like family. If you need auto repair I would highly recommend the team at Regency Auto.

Regency Auto of Augusta is the most trustworthy place of business for your auto repairs! Ben help me understand what was needed to get my car running again. A complete diagnostic was done on my car for a very reasonable price. He explained in details what the problem was with my SUV and what was needed .
