My fianc went October 26, 2023 for an appointment that was scheduled around and hour after they opened got there around 20 mins early started paperwork drove 1.5hrs mind you because nowhere else takes his insurance missed work for them to all the sudden come out and say everyone in the office had to be rescheduled like 6-7 ppl one guy said this had already happened to him the last time he came! Very un professional and the area isnt very clean.
I would never in my entire life refer anyone to Regency Square Mall dental **. Ever since April of 2023 I have had four appointments that have been rescheduled and when I did go in the facility on June the 1st my appointment was 12:00 then noon I did not get seen until 1:45 that afternoon I missed 3 hours of work just for her to see me for 5 seconds. What code inspector is taking money bribes to keep this place open? Code violations all around and still open? Concrete cancer on the corner of the main entrance? Seriously who is allowing this health hazard of a place to remain open? They keep someone at the front desk because by law they have to notify the patient at least 30 days before treatment to no longer see the patient. They keep scheduling patients because that's the loophole. Stop allowing this dentist office to use a loophole while people's health are suffering.
This is the only place that accepts my Dentaquest Dental. That's a whole nother issue. The Appt line is horrible. It took several failed attempts & many hrs on hold before I could make an appt. I showed up to the appt 2/16/23 was told there were no appt today. I then said, I was scheduled for today, I have proof. The young lady, searched her system for my name, found the appt, & offered to reschedule. However, before I reschedule I verified she was able to see I indeed had an appoint. Call normal business office hour the on call center answer waiting for them to call back they never did I call 5 time and they always say they will call back never do . Don't waste your time
If I can give no stars I would. I dont even see how they are in business. Everytime for 4 months now... The day of our appt they always call and say the doctor is sick EVERYTIME!! We scheduled new patient appts back in October 2022 and its now January 2023 and STILL have not been seen... Its actually something you would expect coming from a dental office inside of a ran down old mall. The staff and doctors work together to not see patients...so they keep rescheduling and canceling the appts everyday so they dont have to work... read more
