I used Gentiva Hospice 3 years ago for my mother and again recently for another family member. Even though it's been 3 years since I last used them, Gentiva Hospice - Orangeburg continued to provide such compassionate care to my Aunt and help put my family at ease during her transition. I've always said hospice nurses are angels and am so thankful Myra was our hand picked angel nurse during this time. If you have a family member in need, look no further and choose Gentiva Hospice!

Did a wonderful job taking care of my father but can not get them to send requested documents to the insurance company. It has been almost a year and not one document. Great people just very poorly run administrative wise.

Wonderful people who truly care and super responsive to needs. My only complaint is with the company they chose to partner with for Durable Medical Equipment: PMD Lakeside. They are Horrid. Absolutely horrid. Four days late in delivering oxygen and blamed it on "a order system we don't control". My husband passed Monday, and they show up unannounced today, the day of the funeral to collect their equipment. No phone call, nothing. The worker actually sat in his van honking his horn until I came out. No empathy, sympathy or an... read more
