The rent is affordable and the folks were nice, which meant a lot to me! I'm autistic, so some people are quick to lose their patience when we talk—especially those in the service industry. The woman on the phone managed to balance her urgency (because I was renting the last available unit) with a respectful and understanding tone, and the man I met in person just couldn't stop smiling. We need more people in the world like these guys.

doesnt reason well with customers. paid 4 months ahead. then forgot about a late payment and she made us move out. Gets angry when youre busy and dont answer her calls. id go to indiana self storage or really basically any other but regency. the owner is like a bug in the woods that wont stop bothering you. Save yourself the nuisance!!
