Regency has always been very helpful, and attentive. They communicate with us, and take care of the property, as we make requests when needed. The staff are friendly and personal. They are a managment company so they have a unique customer base with tenents, and property owners. Caring for rental property isn't easy. Tenents abuse properties or don't pay rent. Many times it is the tenent at fault for conflicts. Regency follows the contracts and the laws. They give you a contract. There are no hidden secrets. Be a good renter... read more
Worst of the worst....... Rude, unprofessional and price gouging! I am fairly certain that the positive reviews are from Amy and Justin's family and friends! BEWARE if you decide to rent from Regency Property Management!
Worst management company I have ever dealt with.. their 2.5 stars is very generous. And yet they survive and make money. Shame shame shame.
Its rare I give a 1 star review but this property management business deserves it. Because housing is so competitive right now, property management businesses like Regency have become more predatory than ever. Regency had us apply ($90 for 2 adults) to a property then, after accepting our application, asked for $1500 and a signed lease by the 3rd. Let me 1st say we would never usually apply to a home we'd never toured but, because of Oregon's 1st come, 1st serve basis, its a requirement or someone else will apply and get it.... read more
