We rented from Regency for over three years and have nothing but good things to say. Whenever we had an issue (even once on Thanksgiving) someone from the team reached out and usually had a maintenance person out to us quickly. The office staff were understanding when rent was occasionally late, and everyone we dealt with was friendly. Move-out was easy, and we got our entire deposit back. Overall, a genuinely positive experience with no complaints.
Lived there 14 years, they never updated appliances never painted never did anything and the roof leaked into my unit and over 2 YEARS they never came to repair. If this property co. Runs where you are trying to live...dont recommend them at all 100% they are the worst on the west coast! The portland office leading that shitty reputation that they have earned by treating people very poorly!!!!
Worst landlords I've ever dealt with! I lived in a unit for 8-9 months before breaking my lease due to their neglect. Never respond to maintenance requests, or if they do they always respond with "we assure you we're talking to vendors", meanwhile months to by where mold is brewing, safety is a concern, and people can't do laundry. Regency has always been very helpful, and attentive. They communicate with us, and take care of the property, as we make requests when needed. The staff are friendly and personal. They are a managment company so they have a unique customer base with tenents, and property owners. Caring for rental property isn't easy. Tenents abuse properties or don't pay rent. Many times it is the tenent at fault for conflicts. Regency follows the contracts and the laws. They give you a contract. There are no hidden secrets. Be a good renter... read more
Worst of the worst....... Rude, unprofessional and price gouging! I am fairly certain that the positive reviews are from Amy and Justin's family and friends! BEWARE if you decide to rent from Regency Property Management!
