Great Facility. Best I’ve seen in Central Oregon.
I do NOT recommend working there or putting your loved one there. There are some good staff but management is the problem. I tried for almost a yr to get the residents clean water free from mold and clean drinking cups at least once a day and none of my attempts to correct this problem and many others were completely ignored by management as if I didn't even work there. Today I was there visiting family member. Her bed was not working so she could not sit up to eat. I spoke to one of the employees and she said they had notified maintenance a few times and were told to just wiggle the cord which is hey had tried numerous times my. He said he was unable to come because he was at a game. Next thing I knew 4 of the female employees and 1 male brought her another bed got her situated and sitting up so she could eat.
