I’m new here and don't think this is good practice. I think it’s better to be honest when it comes to reviews. When I was apartment searching I put a-lot of weight on what i read online. It’s not ok to bribe for stars. Just think about this, the 5 stars from this period may be because of the raffle
No peaceful anymore everyday there are street vendors on the corridors all over the complex honking unstoppable for hours. It's so annoying also they are obstructing the passageways. The other day i was coming from the laundry and they didn’t see me and honked on my ear I was deaf for several days
Property Manager Kristen and Asst.Manager Melissa are very welcoming. Love the fact that there vending machines on property for my kids. Overall property is very well maintained Thank you Regency Property for making this our forever home Much love
