I've had a great experience at Regency Plaza. The management staff is always welcoming, friendly and accommodating, making residents feel comfortable, valued, and heard. I've had a great experience living at Regency Plaza. It's a wonderful place to call home, and you can really see the positive changes that have been made. A special shoutout to Kristen, the Property Manager, for being incredibly helpful, approachable, and responsive. This complex used to be good, but not anymore. You have rude tenants with dogs barking at night or early hours around 6am especially tenants in 13F. The new manager never walks the property to see whats going on. She is always in her office behind closed doors. Then you have people smoking pot all night. If you are looking to move here do your research. Rent increases here every year so move into a newer complex where you can have your own washer and dryer in your unit. Rent is almost the same. I’m new here and don't think this is good practice. I think it’s better to be honest when it comes to reviews. When I was apartment searching I put a-lot of weight on what i read online. It’s not ok to bribe for stars. Just think about this, the 5 stars from this period may be because of the raffle
No peaceful anymore everyday there are street vendors on the corridors all over the complex honking unstoppable for hours. It's so annoying also they are obstructing the passageways. The other day i was coming from the laundry and they didn’t see me and honked on my ear I was deaf for several days
