Let's start from the beginning when I came to live in this apartments of course i read their reviews but at the same time when I came to look the apartments i ask perla especific for the parking problem people complain, and to be honest there is no problem u have to register ur car n ur car will be always secure cuz ur spot is always there yeah that's true there's no visitors parking but at least for me the most important is I have my spot because I live here everyday whenever I have visitors I always find spot on the street... read more
Excelente sitio para vivir , tranquilo buenas instalaciones , responde rápido en tiempo récord a tus solicitudes de reparación y ni hablar de las personas de administración todos muy amables y serviciales desde la manager hasta los asistentes recomendado al 1000%
I used to live here it's not a very clean place to live I got a really bad staph infection on my feet from the carpeting. And to top that off there's no parking so one day I had to park in the back to drop my groceries off because the walk is so far to my apartment while I was doing that in less than 2 minutes there was a tow truck driver there to tow my car away. This happened to me twice. Then I found out why the manager is getting a kickback for having your car towed away.
I’ve lived here in the past stayed for three years and returned it’s now been here for 5 years since 2020. I’m glad I made that choice to come back. I really like this property. It’s a very calm property. Management has helped me in all occasions of need. It’s a well maintained and well managed property. Thank you for everyone that’s part in helping Regency Plaza.
