No se merece ni una sola estrella, avise con dos meses de anticipación que no iba a renovar contrato y la señora administradora se molesto y no quiso aceptar, mando mi contrato a colección y nunca devolvió mi deposito de 800$. Y tengo una deuda por su culpa de 3.300 dolares en Colección, de paso el lugar siempre lleno de chinchas y cucarachas.

I don't live here, but I'm writing a review just to state that these apartments are awfully ugly. Looking back through google maps street view dates, in 2019 they had a standard beige and tan paint scheme with red roofs and plenty of mature trees, they looked fine. There was NOTHING wrong with how they looked. Why they painted it to look like a kids toy from hell and then chopped down the trees is beyond me. Living here was a struggle me and my family had our cars hit twice the person that hit our car doesn’t even live here the apartments don’t have proper A/C the walls aren’t painted correctly the kitchen wall had dead roaches painted over people speed through the complex like it’s a race track the landlord is rude she only cares about the money

Estos apartamentos no merecen ni una estrella en primer lugar por la nueva administración la Nicaragua esa señora no merecen ser administradora ella no devolvió mi depósito $800 dolares y luego el apartamento donde viví tiene chinches y cucarachas..
