They want except checks from outside help and I was never late, but fell on hard times andi even referred outher ppl and the rent here also now im about to be homeless with me and my child

HORRIBLE. we have been having issues since moving here i definitely DO NOT recommend to move here. Management is horrible, there is a new maintenance man every week and everybody they hire does a half ass job! Several infestations since living here.. had to catch 6 mice ourselves and the manager always has an excuse. Everytime we have an issue that needs to be fixed they take almost two months to handle it. Do not waste your time or money on this dump.
Love the management. Very nice people.
