Great place to live
Tons of empty apartmants because not well taken care of. Dirty. Maintenance guy is awesome, but manager never answers phone and waits till week before inspection time before letting him fix anything. Dangerous trees constantly dropping branches almost killed someone and almost crushed someone's car. Multiple people illegally living in apartmants. List is endless. Rent at own risk.
