We have lived in Regency Park apartments part time since the summer of 2010. We have been very pleased with the maintenance responses, dealing with the office staff who are wonderful, enjoying the beautifully maintained grounds, enjoying the amenities that are offered, and appreciate being able to rent a carport. The current updating of the siding is also very nice. One place I think they might be able to improve is on their trash and recyclable pick up schedules. best place
I lived here for three years and had nothing but the best experience. Office managers always attentive and quick response to requests. Great family environment but quiet. Very convenient location to grocery store, restaurants and the Mall.
