I looooooooove my appt. I moved in this year in Sept, and I absolutely love them.. The staff was nice to me since my 1st day. Since I have been there, I havent heard / seen any break ins, so thats a PLUS.. The parking is really bad if you have more then 1 car. So having any kind f get togethers is out of the question. Everyone has a garage, and if I come home late, I will just go in my car thats in the garage so when i come back home, i know i will have a place to park. Havent had any problems with maintenance, when I moved ... read more

Look this apartments are nice people are talking about how there are break ins okay people that can happen anywhere no matter what. If you dont feel safe then get a alarm system. I love living here and About the office staff well I guess it is on who you lease with and every one has different personalities so thats that. But these are really nice and you just have to look and justify for yourself.
As far as personal!! They could use alot of improvement. They are not very considerate at all, for one theres no assigned parking and some residents have access to an extra parking from there outside of garage, like to some residents Dont! Then some residents are allowed to use garage and outside garage for parking and where it leaves the ones who cant park outside garage do to Fire Lane and will get Towed at residents cost to park else where or in front where have been towed, the parking needs to be assigned correctly and t... read more
I have been living at Regency Park since it opened and I love it. I did have a problem with the leasing agents in the beginning, she was really rude. The leasing agent is not there anymore. I dont bother them and they dont bother me. If I have any problems with my apartment I call them and the they fix it. I really dont have any complaints about Regency Park. I love my apartment!!!
