These town homes look great at first glance What you don't know is that on the west side the foundation is cracked and all the town homes flood. Now this wouldn't be so bad If the company took care of the units but they do not. My kids lived in two. One on the west side and one in the east. The management does not take care of the units. They all leak from the wall or the sky lights. There is mold and stains that will come up on the carpets after you move in.
