Totally great company man. Their various properties have signs which say "now reserving" which they accomplish by giving tenants no cause evictions. Nice people, truly, throwing tenants out in the street so they care nothing about their tenants. Din' care at all. For example, they are in the process of throwing out a guy who has HIV whose spouse recently died. They simply do not give a .... about anything except money. So now that they have gone so far so as to perhaps break criminal codes as well it is time for me to get in... read more

If I could give this apartment a zero I would. I just witnessed the manager choke, scratch, and punch a tenant that lives at the La Palms Apartment and towed her car with no notice. The manager is rude and her family gets involved as well and threatens them. Also i tried to get information on an apartment and the manager slammed the door at me! wouldn't recommend at all to rent an apartment there!
These town homes look great at first glance What you don't know is that on the west side the foundation is cracked and all the town homes flood. Now this wouldn't be so bad If the company took care of the units but they do not. My kids lived in two. One on the west side and one in the east. The management does not take care of the units. They all leak from the wall or the sky lights. There is mold and stains that will come up on the carpets after you move in. The on site manager is less than professional and will give you a ... read more
This is a decent place to live however the latest Management is terrible. It's a Husband and Wife team and they seem to have little knowledge as to what the other has said or done! Causing issues with the tenants. Long time tenants are looking to move because of the issues that the management has brought. The Husband is abrasive and accusatory when asking to have something fixed making you feel like you can't report any issues with your apartment. Unhappy with the management!
The manger in these apartments is very irresponsible! Never answers phone call and never answers her door. She send her kid to tell me to go away when i was trying to turn in an application. This was like my 5th time going to turn in my application. At first i thought maybe she was out on vacation but now it is clear that she is very irresponsible. They decided not to show me a unit because their son needed a hair cut! I mean really! what kind of business is this! Imagine how the tenants contact her when they need something.... read more
