shootings robberies trash poor maintenance....how much space do I have, because I can go on, and on....

great place to live and they take care of their residents
I just moved in an am very excited to be a resident here. I am hearing the comments about the maintenance issue and I have a few, have not put in the work order but I hope I do not experience any problems that some of you had in the past.
I've been here officially 1month today, it's quiet no problems yet. I know they were built in the 70's, needs a little more storage place. Glad to see security officers!!!
I just called up there to get some information and the first time I was put on a 10 minute hold and then they hung up on me and the second time I called I was out on a brief hold and the lady was so rude! I was going to visit but now I wouldn't even consider coming here. They should reconsider that staff personnel and train people to at least not have an attitude towards potential tenants...
