I just recently moved in but I will say the process was simple and easy! Trinity is such a joy to work with and super understanding! The maintenance men have been great as well with making sure they addressed any concerns that I may have had moving in! I’m glad that I stopped in while on a search for a place and I won’t be moving out anytime soon!!! Thank you so much Trinity!!!! You rock😁
My wife and I recently relocated to Longview Temple, Texas & we actually viewed a few properties before deciding that City West was the better fit for us. Mainly my wife being that I am over the road quite a bit so she would be the only one there. Trinity was very helpful with making transitioning easy. She is ultimately the reason why my wife decided to choose this complex.
Worst place ever to stay in. The place got renamed 3 different times.. went to the regency park apartments to the gilmer apartments to the city west apartments.. I guess they are changing names to get away from bad reviews. I stayed thier for 5 years and it was a very terrible stay. They didn't spray for roaches very well just left a note saying they did and you could clearly see roaches that never die. There was mold growing in my sons bedroom I reported and all they did was come in and sprayed a hard foam down that harden ... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE…. EVERY APARTMENT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES THEY DONT HAVE PEST CONTROL. YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE HOT WATER. APARTMENT MANGER TRINITY IS THE RUDEST PERSON.
Since moving in Meagan has been great. She is always available and rushes to make sure my problems are handled quickly. She is the epitome of what a great manager looks like.
