Worst ever the whole apartment they over the parking lot with tenants that 4 cars or more they parks in other people parking spots they property manager knows it crowded but she continues to move new tenants in that same area DONT MOVE HERE IF I CAN MOVE NOW I WILL
Resident since 2025, this is an honest review. Unfortunately, worst place to live 😕! 1. The building I live in is infested with roaches, 2. I constantly deal with frequent water 💧 leakage and flooding from a vacant apartment upstairs. 3. Kitchen sink has been back up since June (reported twice) 4. There is a constant mildew-rotten egg smell coming from drains. 5. Mold and mildew damage in front closet causing upper respiratory infection issues 🤒! I would not recommend this community 😐!
HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time here! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! They don’t fix ANYTHING when u request them to, COCKROACH invested, and they’re thieves! They will OVERCHARGE you for breaking a lease, & they’ll charge you for things maintenance couldn’t fix! They WILL screw you over BIG TIME! I couldn’t live in the apartment anymore due to them not fixing anything and for the safety of my child. They also try to cover up MOLD repeatedly with that cheap paint.
