I had a bad experience at City West Apartments. The woman in the office to the right when you walk in (likely the assistant manager) ignored me while on a personal call, had a horrible attitude, and immediately helped someone of her same ethnicity who walked in after me. After living at this complex with my husband, we made the decision to end our lease recently, not because of the location, but because of the management culture.
