I can honestly say these apartments are amazing! The community is super nice, always clean, and feels really like home. Trinity is always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you need something. It makes such a big difference when you know someone actually cares and takes pride in what they do.

I had a bad experience at City West Apartments. The woman in the office to the right when you walk in (likely the assistant manager) ignored me while on a personal call, had a horrible attitude, and immediately helped someone of her same ethnicity who walked in after me. It felt discriminatory, rude, and completely unprofessional. Honestly, I don’t know how they can lease any apartments with someone like that being the first person you see when coming in to tour.
