Loved it when it was on Oates as Regency LM, service dept was outstanding then, but sadly, not now. Felt I was being pressured to have work done that was not of immediate concern. Was told I could be out driving & have the wheel fall off my car because of a tire rod. I took my car to Firestone & was told there was only standard wear/tear on this area, since car was only 4yr old whoever had told me this was using fear as motivation to make an unrequired repair. Bad,bad ethics, wont go back to Prestige ever again.
