Such nice staff and the rehab was the best! Got my aunt back to walking in only a week after her hip surgery!! Kosher food was so good, hard to find good kosher food in rehab places. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
Thank you for your excellent care and comfort provided to my mother during her two plus years at Regency Heritage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Medical science can add years to life, but your team has added a superior quality of life to those years. The professionalism, kindness, friendship and care provided by the staff has been excellent and much appreciated by our family.
When my mom arrived, it was rough, but the Regency staff was able to turn that around. All the staff was very pleasant but most importantly were mom's nurse and physical therapist. The care my mom received from her nurse was outstanding! Even though my mom hardly speaks any English, her nurse's consistent cheerfulness and kindness needed no translation. . The people are nice. I always come here, I really like it here.
Kind and and Caring and very elegant
Yvette, my aide was fabulous and wonderful. Theo was excellent as well. Yvette made sure my stay was comfortable. I'm very pleased that I was here, the aides worked very hard. Social workers, admissions, and the doctors were very attentive. Audra and Ivan are the most exceptional nurses and the housekeeping dept. deserves recognition. Pt. was just excellent, they got me to walk again.
Everything was good.
My stay was very good. Rehab was excellent and I learned a lot in rehab.
