When my mom arrived, it was rough, but the Regency staff was able to turn that around. All the staff was very pleasant but most importantly were mom's nurse and physical therapist. The care my mom received from her nurse was outstanding! Even though my mom hardly speaks any English, her nurse's consistent cheerfulness and kindness needed no translation. . Kind and and Caring and very elegant
Yvette, my aide was fabulous and wonderful. Theo was excellent as well. Yvette made sure my stay was comfortable. I'm very pleased that I was here, the aides worked very hard. Social workers, admissions, and the doctors were very attentive. Audra and Ivan are the most exceptional nurses and the housekeeping dept. deserves recognition. Pt. was just excellent, they got me to walk again.
Everything was good.
My stay was very good. Rehab was excellent and I learned a lot in rehab.

Nurses and aides were fine. I would recommend Regency to my family and friends.
My stay here at Regency was great. Especially the rehab department.
