Sept 2025: Stopped by again this year. The hotel is still all 5 stars in my opinion. Will stay again next year when I come through. Sept 2024: The front desk service was excellent. The room was clean and well organized. The A/C worked perfectly and wasn't overly noisy. The WiFi worked great. It was just an all around perfect stay.
The night shift person, Cory, was amazing! He helped us check in, told us some really good places to eat, great to talk to! He also helped with trying to get the feminine care machine to work (turns out it was out of order and broken). The person in the AM shift however wasn’t nice and kind of rude. I had extra feminine care that was unopened that I was willing to give to the front desk as I’m sure there would be people who would need emergency feminine care. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was....I had just been looking for a low price and Quality Inn and Suites has courteous staff, nice rooms, a nice pool, and a great breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!
