From start to finish, can’t recommend them more highly. They are thoughtful, organized, careful, professional, accommodating, and fair. Allowances turned out to be very generous, and they held our hands throughout the process making it stress free and enjoyable. The end result is a beautiful home and we are grateful to Regency for helping us to achieve our goal.
Regency did a full remodel - touched basement, main floor, 2nd floor and total rebuild of the loft. Moved walls, added spiral stairs, all new floors, loads of electrical work, and much more. They did a great job, hit timelines (and earlier twice due to our coming back early). Regency did a full home remodel in 4 months while we were out of town - everything but the kitchen: 3 bathrooms, new showers, cabinets, mirrors, all new flooring throughout, all new closets, new hvac, new plumbing, etc . They were so well organized and efficient and so in-sync with their sub-contractors. The price of home necessitated that we only spend a certain amount so it wasn’t over built for our neighborhood.
