Regency services can be great for the clients however working there is a nightmare. They will promise you ours and never give them to you. They will cut your hours right before holidays just so they don’t have to give you health insurance. And when you finally put your two weeks in because they haven’t given you the hours you deserve over the past six months they cut your hours to an unlivable wage. I wish I could give them zero stars because for a company to work for this is not it.
My experience with Regency Home Health LLC has been very disappointing. After nearly a decade as a client, our assigned LNA was suddenly removed with only one working-shift notice and no backup coverage in place. I want to emphasize that the LNA herself was exceptional — compassionate, reliable, and truly dedicated. My concerns are with management’s handling of the transition. Regency Home health has ben by far the absolute best home health agency i have ever worked for. Incredible communication, professional staff, great benefits, and best of all an incredible pathway to further educaton, and to learn more and more each day. I cannot recommend regency enough for anyone who is looking for a solid company to work with to help change the world one person at a time
Our nurse Tina is truly a godsend and we're forever grateful to have her in our lives!
