Had John as my driver and he was the best! Used their airport transportation service and he made it so easy to get from the airport home. Picked me up right before baggage claim and helped me lift my suitcases from the conveyor belt (which was such a help because my suitcases were so heavy). Went above and beyond to park the car and help me cross the street as well as drop off my luggage right in the lobby of my building so I wasn't struggling alone. We booked them for our wedding and they were luxury vans! They looked amazing and the seats were very comfortable. They were on time and the drivers were amazing and kind. They are a great choice and have many options that are affordable for your events.
Late to pick us up at MGW and the lady on the phone said "He's only 5 minutes late" - (he was 7 minutes late) - no apology. On the return they didn't show up at all, the hotel butler had to drive us back to the airport. They are very unreliable.
